Best Way To Do Offline Fantasy Football Draft ''By Phone"?

I am the Commisioner of a FFL and I am wondering how I should do the draft. Last year we all gathered at a house and did it that way, but that is not possible this year. We cannot do a Live Draft because a few of the teams in our league have the same yahoo account or do not have multiple computers at there house. So how can I do an offline draft by phone, or maybe aim, ect. ???
