Does this indicate playing hard to get or not interested?

Be flat out with her. That is all you can do. I have had this happen to me dozens of times, and that seems to be the best way for me. Not saying it will work for you but, somes you have to say screw it, and hope it works out for the best. Best of luck to ya.
