How do I deal with my boyfriends undiscovered disease? HELP!?

My boyfriend and I have been ually active for a while. The last time he d blood! He complains that it burns really bad. I've heard a couple of other cases similar to this. We had it checked out and the doctors have yet to tell us what exactly it is. I'm afraid it may be a new epidemic. Please help!!!
