Help! Concussion and a headache?

So the trainers at my hs told me wednesday that I had probably gotten a minor concussion in my soccer game last sunday (from heading the ball). So i had headaches every day through friday (getting progressively better) and none saturday and a small one yesterday. Now monday, I woke up with a good sized headache (localized to one part of my head, around where they had been before and worse than the ones I've had the past few days). What could this be? Please help me!
