Does any one hire smaller models ?

my height is 5 2' and i LOVE modelling ..but i know i cant get in because of my height !i googled petite modelling and found out editorial ,but my problem is i dont know any agencies where i can apply !or who hire small models .,i live in navi mumbai maharashtra ,india .help !
