Hellppppp! Turnin 13...IDEAS!!!?

ok...im turning 13 in about 104 days and i want to have a new york night club themed birthday party.I have a budget of about $250. The club costs $50 and i have to pur about 60-65 away for food...that leaves me with about just over $100 any ideas for decorations and entertainment and stuff?
