How do you grow personally, intellectually, spiritually, learn truths, in spite of society and all its probs?

Use everyone around you as a learning tool. People in different "stages" are the best to learn from because they give you different perspectives on life. And don't rule out learning from a high schooler -- high schoolers, and even younger students, can ALWAYS teach you something. When you start looking at others with a learning objective, it will help you grow faster. I believe you said you were open to others views and such, but from your frustration it doesn't seem you are. Don't get bogged down because others don't see life the way you do, no one sees it the same; it's why reality is subjective, and no two people will have the same value systems.
