My macaw has always layed eggs but never sat on them and she would only lay 1 or 2, she has recently layed?

3 eggs and has been sitting on them everyday, i was wondering if there is anyway that a male was involved when brought her to the vet about 3 months ago, if not what should i do with her eggs she is very protective over them?
